The type of personal information I collect

I currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics, for example your name, email address and/or other contact details, IP address or mobile device’s unique identifier, and sometimes political and/or faith information.

How I get the personal information and why I have it

Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You’ve sent me an email, a message through my website or communicated with me in another way for any reason;

  • You’ve filled in a form on my website, such as registering for a consultation, an event, requesting a download or signing up for updates.

I may also obtain indirect data about you from other sources (for example publicly sourced data).

I use the information that you have given me in order to send you communications which you have requested; to provide you with information relating to my services, products, events or website which may be of interest to you; to notify you of changes to my website, including improvements, updates, information and alterations to my products or services; and for my internal purposes including quality control, site performance and evaluation to improve my website.

I will never release your personal details to any third party for their mailing or marketing purposes.

I may sometimes share limited information on a confidential basis with certain other consultants with whom I may collaborate on projects, such as the Good Faith Partnership or Action Planning, if I consider there to be a benefit to you, so that you receive a better service.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis I rely on for processing this information is your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@impactpolicy.co.uk.

How I store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on my electronic devices which require password access.

I keep the information collected for as long as I believe you may be interested in communications from me or until you withdraw your consent. I will then dispose your information by deleting all relevant data. I review the retention periods of personal data on a regular basis.

If you change email address, or if any of the other information I hold is inaccurate or out of date, please let me know by emailing info@impactpolicy.co.uk.

If you no longer want to receive emails then you can change your preferences or completely unsubscribe in one of two ways:
